Dos Caras Thyme Elegance
Delicate, intentional, and subtly layered—This elegant cocktail blends the complex depths of Dos Caras Añejo with the vibrant, late-summer sweetness of blackberry, a bright lift of lemon, and a lingering herbal backbone of thyme.

Strain and serve – Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass to remove thyme bits and seeds.

To be. To belong. To inspire. With heart. With honor.
Dos Caras Añejo brings depth and complexity to this cocktail. Smooth oak, warm spice, and a hint of vanilla that quietly elevates every other ingredient in the glass.
The blackberry puree adds vibrant color and a rich, late-summer sweetness, while fresh lemon juice brightens the blend with a clean, citrusy lift.
A touch of honey softens the edges, and thyme infuses the whole drink with an herbal backbone that lingers.
Delicate, not overpowering.
Every sip is grounded, intentional, and subtly layered.
