We were born in Mexico. Brought to the United States as children. Raised in a country that shaped our future while we clung to the memory of the one that formed our beginning. We grew up in translation, not just of words, but of self. Straddling two cultures, two homes, two truths.

And when life brought us back to Mexico, it was both a return and a rediscovery. The place we were from had changed. So had we. What remained, what had always remained, was the unshakable knowing that we belonged to both.

Dos Caras was born from that knowing.
