Dos Caras Sunset
Bright, balanced, and full of character—Our “Sunset” is a bold yet refreshing cocktail that brings together earthy tequila, citrusy lemon, and bittersweet Aperol for the perfect golden-hour pour.

Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Dos Caras Blanco
0.75 oz Aperol
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
Splash of agave syrup
Technique:
Chill your glassware – a coupe or stemmed glass. This small step makes a big difference in keeping your cocktail crisp and cold.
Build it in the shaker – Pour the Dos Caras Blanco, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, and agave syrup into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice. Don’t hold back with the ice here; you want a good chill and dilution for balance.
Shake it with purpose – Shake for around 10–15 seconds, enough to combine the ingredients well and chill them thoroughly. Listen for that frosty sound as the shaker cools in your hands.
Strain and serve – Double strain the mix into your chilled glass, catching any small bits of ice for a smooth, velvety texture.
Garnish with an orange peel twist – Cut a strip of orange peel, twist it over the glass to release its oils, and either drop it into the drink or rest it on the rim.

To be. To belong. To inspire. With heart. With honor.
To be. To belong. To inspire. With heart. With honor.
Dos Caras Blanco has a smooth, earthy agave base with subtle peppery notes, creating the perfect setting for the drink’s citrusy, herbal twist. This is the heart of the “Sunset.”
Aperol’s bittersweet, orange-forward flavor adds a light touch of herbal depth and a stunning sunset hue, balancing the tequila without overpowering it.
Fresh lemon juice is key here: it provides bright, vibrant acidity that cuts through the richness of the tequila and Aperol, giving the drink a refreshing edge.
Add to taste; this is where you can control the drink’s sweetness. A dash of agave rounds out the flavors with a hint of sweetness that beautifully complements the agave notes in Dos Caras Blanco.
