Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz Dos Caras Blanco Tequila

  • 1 ounce lemon juice

  • ½ ounce simple syrup

  • 2 ounces brut rosé sparkling wine

Technique:

  1. Chill your glass – Chill your cocktail glass in freezer or with ice.


  2. Build it in the shaker – Combine Dos Caras Blanco, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.


  3. Shake it like you mean it – Shake until well chilled, about 15 seconds.


  4. Add wine – Add the sparkling wine to the shaker.


  5. Strain and serve – Strain into your glass over fresh ice.


  6. Garnish (optional) – A lemon wheel or edible flower.
