Dos Caras La Cabrona
Smoldering, complex, and unapologetically bold—Our La Cabrona is a cocktail with quiet power, blending the rich, oaky depth of Dos Caras Añejo with a fiery mix of chile and smoky spice for a drink that demands your full attention.

Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz Dos Caras Añejo
1 dried chile de árbol (plus 1 for garnish)
0.75 oz Ancho Reyes
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
3 oz Unfiltered Apple Juice
1 piece Cinnamon Stick
Tonic Water
Technique:
Smoke your glass – Light the cinnamon stick until it begins to smoke. Blow it out and invert a coupe glass over it to capture the smoke.
Build in a shaker – Fill a shaker with ice, combine Dos Caras Añejo, chile de árbol, Ancho Reyes, lemon juice, and unfiltered apple juice.
Shake it like you mean it – Shake with intention. Vigorously for 15 seconds.
Strain and serve – Double strain into your pre-smoked coupe glass.
Top and garnish with style – Top with tonic water and garnish with a whole chile de árbol.

To be. To belong. To inspire. With heart. With honor.
To be. To belong. To inspire. With heart. With honor.
This one doesn’t whisper. It lingers. It smolders.
La Cabrona is fire and fruit, depth and defiance. A cocktail that demands your full attention without raising its voice. Dos Caras Añejo leads with quiet power: aged, oaky, and unapologetically rich.
Then comes heat. The earthy burn of chile de árbol, the smoky spice of Ancho Reyes, and the grounded sweetness of unfiltered apple juice — all anchored by a flick of fresh lemon juice and the fizz of tonic water. The cinnamon smoke? That’s just attitude.
This is a tequila cocktail for the bold. The kind who don’t just walk into a room but leave a little smoke behind.
