Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
1 oz Dos Caras Reposado
1 tsp honey (adjust to your sweetness preference)
2-3 sticks of cinnamon
5 slices of lemon
2 knobs of ginger (peeled and sliced)
Technique:
Prepare the Tea Base – In a pot, combine 2-3 cinnamon sticks, 5 slices of lemon, and 2 peeled and sliced knobs of ginger. Bring these ingredients to a boil and simmer until the mixture is wonderfully fragrant. This creates a potent, aromatic foundation.
