Dos Caras Grapefruit Rosemary
Sophisticated and aromatic—The Grapefruit Rosemary gracefully blends Dos Caras Reposado's warmth with vibrant grapefruit, herbaceous rosemary, and a bittersweet Mediterranean touch for an elegant sip.

Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
¾ oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
¼ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¾ oz Aperol
¼ oz Agave Syrup (equal parts agave nectar and hot water)
1 dash Orange Bitters
Sprig of Rosemary for garnish
Technique:
Chill your glass – Pre-chill your cocktail glass (a rocks glass or coupe works well) by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water. A cold glass ensures your cocktail stays crisp and refreshing.
Combine the ingredients – Add the Dos Caras Reposado Tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, fresh lime juice, Aperol, agave syrup, and orange bitters to a cocktail shaker.
Shake with vigor – Fill the shaker with ice, seal the lid tightly, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds. This thoroughly chills and blends all the elements, creating a harmonious and invigorating mix.
Strain and serve – Strain the vibrant mixture into your chilled cocktail glass filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with aroma – Add a fresh sprig of rosemary to the glas s. For an extra aromatic flourish, gently bend the sprig and run it along the rim of the glass to express its oils over the drink before dropping it in.
