Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
1½ oz Dos Caras Blanco Tequila
¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½ oz Raspberry Syrup (or muddled raspberries + simple syrup)
3-4 oz Rosé Sparkling Wine (Brut or Dry)
Fresh raspberries & blueberries for garnish
Technique:
Chill your glass – A wine glass or highball works beautifully. Cold glass, colder spritz.
Build it in the shaker – Combine Dos Caras Blanco, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup with ice.
Shake it like you mean it – Shake with intention. About 10-15 seconds should do it.
Strain and serve – Strain into your chilled glass over fresh ice. Top with chilled sparkling rosé.
